Wow!!! This is by far the best BBQ I have ever had! I hope more people get the memo that this place exists! I got the brisket with a side of Mac and Cheese and also Pulled Pork with the Mexican Rice (damn good!) and Coleslaw. All of the sides were really good too. Probably the best Mexican rice I've ever had to be honest.  They really don't skimp on their portion....definitely the definition of a Texan size meal, plus to top it off, their prices were very fair. I'll definitely be back. The only suggestion I would make is to decorate the dining room to have a more Tex-Mex ambiance, but that doesn't really matter lol.

We stopped in tonight after randomly seeing it changed business’s again. Really really hope this one stays around! We ordered brisket, pulled pork, ribs, hot links, Mac n cheese, potato salad, rice, fries… everything was so good! We were pleasantly surprised by the price, taste, quality, the sweet young lady working was very helpful, we loved everything and will definitely be back! Next time we will make sure to take a better picture too

Believelander, why did you give BBQ TEX-MEX 5 stars?" Because I couldn't give it 6. The restaurant is a No-Frills takeout place though it has plenty of tables for sit down, but the reason you go here is for the food. Their prices per pound for barbecue are among the best in the Puget Sound area, especially when you consider that they include sides with your meal. Also, they have among the most tender ribs I have ever experienced, along with excellent barbecue sauce, perfect crust on the ribs from slow cooking, and all of their meals come with toast and two sides. Also. They have really good Mexican fare including burritos and others. The sides are very good, and side orders are plentiful, even if the portions included with the purchase of meats are more average size. All of the side dishes are very tasty, but their cornbread is excellent, exactly the kind of cornbread you would want to eat with a little bit of butter and honey on top. I really can't say enough about how good the food is here. I have not had anything that we would regret. Going to try the pulled pork next time. My roommate who is from Central Texas and grades places based on Central Texas barbecue standards gives this place his five star seal of approval.

Really Good bbq. I had the brisket and it was just right. Cooked properly and really soft. affordable, and easy to access, parking was easy and they also have drive through that you can order and pick up

Really great BBQ for Washington. Went here and got take out to take to the drive in theater. It was slow coming out but they hooked us up with the some extras and were all around really quality service. The food was incredible, especially the ribs. Fantastic restaurant.
